Apply for graduation in your last semester of classes -- NO EARLIER! Applications
must be submitted by the application deadline. Check the Academic Calendar for the semester
you are graduating to obtain the correct deadline information.

When filling out your application, be sure to double-check
the spelling of your name, your major, and your email address for accuracy.
What you input here provides the basis of how your diploma will be
ordered, as well as how your name will appear in the Commencement
Program. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

You must click the SUBMIT button located at the bottom of the application
form to finalize the process. At this point you will receive an application confirmation
page. Print a copy of the confirmation page for your records.
If you do not receive an application confirmation page there may be a problem with your browser
settings. To correct this problem follow the steps listed on the CatsWeb Known Problems and
Solutions page. If this does not correct the problem contact the Computing Support Services Help Desk at
(512) 245-HELP (4357) for assistance.

At the bottom of the application confirmation page is tuition rebate
information. This information applies only to undergraduate students.
The rebate application form must be submitted to your college's Academic
Advising Center before graduation day of the semester that you are graduating.
However, the rebate application will not be processed until your grades
are finalized and you have fulfilled all requirements for graduation.

Your application for graduation has not been officially submitted until you
receive and print the application confirmation page. If there
is a problem with your application or courses are needed to complete your degree
you will be contacted by telephone or email by your college's Academic Advising
Center for undergraduate students or by the Graduate College staff for graduate students.
If you do not respond to our notice and resolve the issue, your name will not be
included in the semester's list of graduates; further, no diploma will be
ordered for you. If you are unable to submit your application, please seek
help from your college's Academic Advising Center for undergraduate students or
from the Graduate College staff for graduate students.
